Pink Perks is Pink a la Mode's loyalty program. You earn points on every purchase you make at www.pinkalamode.com or the Pink a la Mode mobile app. Points can be redeemed for coupons codes to be used on future purchases.

To participate in Pink Perks Loyalty Program, please create an account or login to your existing account.

Once signed into your account, join the Pink Perks Loyalty program by clicking on the "rewards" tab located in the lower right hand corner of www.pinkalamode.com

-Earn 3 points for every $1 spent*

-Earn 50 points by Liking Pink a la Mode on Facebook

-Earn 50 points by following Pink a la Mode on Instagram

-Earn 100 points on your Birthday**

Once you have enough points to redeem, click on the Redeem button. From here, you can choose which discount coupon you would like to redeem.

Q: Why are my birthday points not showing up in my account?

A: Your birthday points are added on your birthday. It must be added 30 days before your birthday to be eligible and cannot be changed once your first birthday reward is issued. 

Q: What do I do if I forgot to use my reward on my purchase?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or credit when a reward code has not been redeemed at the time of purchase

Q: Am I able to use 2 reward codes on a single purchase?

A: Unfortunately, No. All of the rewards (Affiliate, Pink points, Automatic Discounts ex. 20% off Loungefly - Discount Applied at checkout) are considered a discount code. Our system does not allow coupon stacking and is limited to only one reward code during checkout.

Q: Will my previous purchases be eligible for points?

A: Unfortunately, no. You will only earn points from the date you sign-up for the loyalty program.

Q: Are Amazon purchases eligible for Pink Points?

A: Unfortunately, no. You only earn points when you are logged into your account on the Pink a la Mode website or app.

Q: Do my Pink Perks Points or Coupon Codes Expire?

Rewards Program Disclaimer: Pink a la Mode ("We") reserves the right to prohibit you from redeeming previously accrued points (reflected in your profile) if your method of Payment has any fraud or abuse related issues. If your points are forfeited for any reason, we will not reinstate these points to you. We reserve the right to approve, deny or revoke participation in the Program for any reason whatsoever. Accounts that purchase products in "wholesale" quantities which consists of 3 or more of any item, or category may have points removed/surrendered.
